Loman Reflex (rond 1891-1893)
De Loman was de eerste reflexcamera waar een gordijnsluiter gekoppeld werd aan de spiegel. Je zou dus kunnen zeggen een echte Nederlandse uitvinding. Na het spannen van de sluiter druk je op de ontspanknop, boven naast het matglas, waarna eerst de spiegel naar boven wordt gedrukt, en daarna als je verder indrukt ontspant de gordijnsluiter. De spiegel valt na loslaten van de ontspanknop terug in de uitgangspositie. De camera heeft een gordijnsluiter met variabele tijden. De bovenste draaiknop is voor het spannen van het gordijn, de onderste draaiknop is voor het verhogen (of verlagen) van de veerspanning, hierdoor veranderd de sluitertijd, doordat het gordijn sneller of langzamer langs schiet. De lens is waarschijnlijk een Rectilineair.
Loman Reflex (around 1891-1893)
The Loman was the first SLR which was a curtain shutter coupled to the mirror. You could say a true Dutch invention. After tightening the press the shutter release button, next to the screen above, then the first mirror is pushed upwards, and then as you press further relaxes the shutter curtain. The mirror falls after releasing the shutter back into the starting position. The camera has a curtain shutter with variable times. The top knob for tensioning the curtain, the bottom knob to increase (or decrease) of the spring tension, thereby changing the shutter curtain as it shoots faster or slower along. The lens is probably a Rectilineair one.
